Dr. Orna Guralnik

Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Orna Guralnik, a graduate of the NYU Post Doctoral Program in Psychoanalysis, is widely known for her popular Showtime series Couples Therapy, where she’s helped normalize relationship struggles for millions of Americans. She is currently on faculty at NYU and the NIP, and is a co-founder of the Center for the Study of Dissociation and Depersonalization at the Mount Sinai Medical School. Dr. Guralnik lectures and publishes on couples treatment and culture. 



As our Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Guralnik has helped us develop our Expert program at OurRitual, helping bring professional therapists and counsellors onto the team and helping us maintain the highest standard of care. She also reviews much of our in-app content, and even stars in an OurRitual Pathway - our in-app modules for relationship care and progress.

Gabriella Rosen Kellerman, MD

Advisory Board

As BetterUp’s Chief Innovation Officer and leader of BetterUp Labs, Dr. Rosen Kellerman brings years of experience in integration of innovation and new techniques with organizational psychology, behavioral neuroscience, and AI to create the cutting edge of therapeutic approaches, and applies them at OurRitual. She has worked in psychiatry,  fMRI research, global mental health policies with the WHO, and founded the healthtech company LifeLink.



Working with OurRitual’s leadership, she helps ensure that OurRitual’s programs scale at high quality and brings organizational expertise to OurRitual’s offerings.

What qualifications do Experts have?

Our Expert team includes psychologists, marriage and family therapists and clinical social workers amongst other practitioners in the relationship and family guidance and counseling space. In addition to a rigorous interview process, our Experts also undergo specific OurRitual training that adds to the expertise that they bring from past experience.

Does OurRitual provide services in other languages?

All of the Experts at OurRitual speak fluent English, and our app and content are currently only available in English. However, should you feel more comfortable having your sessions in another language, we have experts who can conduct sessions in Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Polish, Hindi, Greek, and Portuguese.

How does OurRitual find me the right Expert?

One of the cornerstones of our service is providing you with the flexibility that you may not find on other platforms. Our first priority is making sure that you're matched with an Expert that can meet with you at times that work for you. When you sign up, you'll also answer a short questionnaire with information that will be provided to your Expert in order to specifically tailor your sessions to your needs.

Can I switch experts?

If you feel that the Expert you were matched with is not a fit for you, you can easily request a switch. We want to ensure that you feel connected and at ease with your Expert. A quick email to our support team will initiate the change process.
