The app is easy to use. The videos are easy to follow though we wish they went a little more in depth (even if that was in a separate video). Our sessions with Zaid are helpful to address any issues and how we can apply the concepts we are learning about. Written documents to print would be super helpful.

I think the program is digestible and manageable with a lot of other things going on in my schedule. The Zoom sessions are easy to work in and keep me accountable.
