What is OurRitual?

OurRitual is a service that helps you overcome relationship struggles so your bond with each other remains fulfilling, passionate and healthy.

We wanted as many people as possible to have access to fantastic relationship support. The kind that fits their lifestyle, circumstance and schedule. So we created flexible programs using proven interventions, where you can be seen and understood, break the negative cycles and reignite that special thing in the core of your connection.

How Does It Work

During our program you’ll work with
a trained professional therapist who can offer a wide variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions. In between your sessions, you’ll receive weekly in-app videos and exercises that target your specific needs and goals. In between your sessions, you’ll receive weekly videos with tried-and-tested knowledge and exercises focused on your specific needs and goals.
The sessions with your dedicated Expert will help you integrate what you learned into everyday life.

Is this Couples Therapy

Great question! OurRitual is not considered to be classic couples therapy. Our program uses elements of couples therapy, such as face-to-face meetings with trained professional therapists from various states, who can offer a wide variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Differences between couples therapy and OurRitual include the possibility of individual, relationship-focused work, shorter sessions (twenty vs. fifty minutes), and an emphasis on relationship education and skill acquisition. Our app also offers a host of tools for growth in-between sessions. We do offer deeper work and support for severely distressed couples who need it.

How Long Does the Program Take?

That’s up to you. We believe in a clear end game, so we divided our content into units we call Pathways, and we match you with the Pathway that suits your goals and needs. Most members take about 1-2 months with each Pathway, and they usually move on to at least one more once they are done.
