We’re sorry to hear you’re looking to cancel your membership. Before you go, we’d love to hear if there’s anything we can do to help you stay - we’re available at support@ourritual.com.

  1. Money-Back Guarantee: Available for new members within 14 days under the following conditions, upon request.
    • A subscription-based plan was purchased. Matching sessions do not qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee.
    • The subscription was a new subscription - not a change from a previous subscription.
    • You must have attended your first session, but no additional sessions.
    • You did not cancel any sessions less than 36 hours prior to the session, and did not fail to show up to a session.
    • You answered the Onboarding questions truthfully.
  2. Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Any cancellations made after an automatic renewal will apply for the subsequent billing period with no refunds provided. 
  3. Early Termination Rate Adjustments: If you subscribed to a longer commitment period for a discounted price AND your billing period is every 4 weeks, early termination adjustments will apply.

    For example, should you purchase a 6-month plan at $400/month where the regular monthly fee is $450/month, canceling after 2 months could result in an additional $100 charge to reflect the non-discounted rate ($50 for each of the two months). 

    Please note that if your billing period is 12 or 24 weeks, early cancellation is not applicable.
  4. Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests can be made within the app but if you have a problem you can contact us via the in-app chat or by emailing us at support@ourritual.com.
