Is this couples therapy?

OurRitual isn't traditional couples therapy. It's a relationship support program guided by trained Relationship Experts and rooted in science-based practices. All our Experts are licensed professionals, including clinical psychologists, marriage and family therapists, and social workers.
Does my partner need to join?
No. You can start on your own, whether you’re single or partnered. Your partner can join at any time.
What happens after the session?
