How Our Plans Work
Billing Cycle
OurRitual plans are billed according to the plan length to which you are subscribed, and all plans auto-renew unless cancelled.
“Monthly,” “3-Month,” or “6-Month,” reflect the number of consecutive 28-day cycles you’re committing to up front, and may not coincide with calendar months. Monthly plans are billed every 4 weeks, 3-Month plans are billed every 12 weeks, and 6-Month plans are billed every 24 weeks.
Discounted Plans
By choosing a 3-Month or 6-Month plan, you pay for the commitment period in full in advance and thereby lock in a discounted rate.
Cancellation
You can cancel any plan at any time. A cancellation entails discontinuing renewal of your plan, but does not entitle you to a refund. Your plan will remain valid and active through the end of your commitment period after cancellation, and can continue to be used until expired unless cancelled during the 14 day money-back guarantee window (see below).
Examples
1. You sign up for a 6-Month plan at a discounted $35/week (6*4*$35=$840) while our monthly rate is $45/week ($180):
You intended to use OurRitual for 6 months at $140 per 4 weeks.
After 2 months, you decide to cancel.
What Happens Next?
- You’ve already paid $840 up front.
- Your plan will be valid for another 4 months, during which you will be able to continue using OurRitual and meeting with your Expert.
- Your plan will not renew once the full 6 months are up. We cannot guarantee you the same price should you choose to reinstate your plan.
2. You sign up for a 3-Month plan at a discounted $40/week ($480):
You use OurRitual for 3 months, and really connect with your Expert. You decide to continue your subscription.
What Happens Next?
- Your plan will continue to auto-renew every 12 weeks unless cancelled, even after the initial 12 week (3-month) period.
- You get to keep your original discounted price, so long as you keep your OurRitual subscription active.
3. You sign up for our Monthly plan at the standard rate:
You attend your first session, and then have two busy weeks and don’t schedule or attend sessions. You have another session 3 weeks after your first.
What Happens Next?
- You will be charged at the standard rate on your next billing date.
- You will be able to reschedule up to half of a billing cycle’s worth of sessions. For example, if you have 80 minutes worth of sessions per cycle and missed 2 sessions, you will be able to schedule 40 additional minutes in the next month. If you missed 3 sessions, you’ll still only be able to schedule 40 additional minutes.
- Your billing WILL NOT be delayed or paused.
- Pauses can be requested IN ADVANCE for periods of 2 weeks or more by contacting support@ourritual.com.
4. You sign up for a 3-Month plan at a discounted rate of $40/week ($480):
You attend a few sessions, but don’t fully commit to the OurRitual process.
You don’t actively cancel your plan.
What Happens Next?
- Your plan will continue to auto-renew every 12 weeks at $160 unless you cancel.
- You will not qualify for a refund of past months should you decide to cancel in the future.
Money Back Guarantee
All of our full plans qualify for a 14 day money back guarantee. This does NOT include matching sessions, and the following rules apply:
- You must have attended your first session with your Expert, and ONLY your first session.
- The cancellation request needs to be received after the first session and no later than 14 days from the start of your subscription.
- You will not qualify for a refund if you had any cancellations within 36 hours of a session or if you didn’t show up for any scheduled session.
What Happens Next?
- You contact support@ourritual.com and request to cancel your subscription.
- You will receive a refund to your method of payment, and your subscription will be terminated immediately.
